Five Top Programs of the Ministry of Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia
5T PROGRAM
Transmigration is not just about moving people from one area to another, but also creating new opportunities for a better life. To ensure that this program runs more effectively and provides real benefits to the community, the Indonesian Ministry of Transmigration presents 5 excellent programs called the 5T Program.

The program is designed to accelerate problem solving, improve the welfare of transmigrant communities, and build new, highly competitive economic areas.
Trans Tuntas (T²), with the slogan "Land Completed, Hope Completed", is a comprehensive settlement program for land issues in transmigration areas, such as: disputes, unclear rights and agrarian conflicts. Through data collection, legal settlement, certification, and revitalization and optimization of land, this program provides certainty of rights for transmigrants and encourages productive land use. With a collaborative approach and technology-based monitoring, T² is present as a strategic and fair solution to create an organized, legal and empowered transmigration area.

TRANS LOKAL
FROM LOCAL, GO GLOBAL
Trans Lokal (Translok), with the slogan “from local, go global”, is a new approach to development that focuses on strengthening the economy and infrastructure of local communities without the need to move far away. The program aims to build new cities from villages, reduce urbanization, and improve community welfare through the utilization of local potential. With a strategy of regional development, infrastructure revitalization, economic empowerment, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and integration of national programs, Translok is expected to create new growth centers that are independent and competitive.
Trans Patriot, with the slogan “Patriot Creates, Nation Achieves”The transmigration program was established to create development cadres in transmigration areas who have a spirit of service, relevant skills, and the ability to build independent and advanced communities. The program was launched to address the development imbalance between the center and regions in Indonesia, especially in resource-rich areas that are still underdeveloped.
Involving students, university graduates, researchers, and professionals, Transmigration Patriot prepares participants as CEOs of community corporations that manage local potential-based business units. They not only receive academic and technical training, but also play a direct role in managing strategic businesses. Through overseas and domestic lecture schemes, participants are forged to become agents of change in transmigration areas, ensuring that community-based economic transformation is effective and sustainable. The program aims to create new growth centers in transmigration areas, while reducing regional inequality through strengthening human resources and the local economy.

KARYA NUSANTARA
Working Area, Empowered Archipelago
Trans Karya Nusantara, with the slogan "Working Area, Empowered Archipelago," is a program focused on developing economic potential within transmigration areas to create sustainable employment. Beyond infrastructure development, the program promotes the growth of local flagship industries such as agriculture, fisheries, processing, and tourism through partnerships with the business sector, human resource training, and the establishment of economic centers. Through an integrated approach and investment support, Trans Karya Nusantara aims to transform transmigration areas into new, competitive economic growth hubs at both the national and global levels.
Trans Gotong Royong (Trans GR), with the slogan “Build Together, Prosper for All”, is a transmigration area development program based on collaboration between the government, community, business world, and social organizations. The program aims to accelerate the development of basic infrastructure, encourage economic independence, and strengthen social harmony through the principle of gotong royong. Through a multi-stakeholder approach, regional revitalization, collaborative economy, and community empowerment, Trans GR builds an inclusive and sustainable ecosystem to create a prosperous and empowered transmigration area.
